As one of the safari extensions, Zanzibar can be the best option if you have at least 3 days to spend on the island. Your experiences in Zanzibar may include, a chilled and relaxing time on the beach, a visit to the famous Stone Town, a spice tour, a boat ride, and a number of water sports such as Snorkeling.
Kilimanjaro scenic flight, one of the safari extensions

Maasai cultural tour
The Maasai are the most famous tribe in East Africa. Most of them still live their traditional life. Their knowledge of local medicine, the wild and their unique way of life will mesmerize you!
We recommend you visit Olpopongi Maasai village in West Kilimanjaro. There you will learn a lot from Maasai Museum, witness the Maasai famous dances, and chat with the Maasai warriors.
The Maasai warriors at Olpopongi Maasai village may take you to the bush to learn how they source their traditional medicine and herbs. A walk in the bush among wildlife such as giraffes and wildebeest is something you can come across while you are with the Maasai warriors.
You can book a Maasai cultural tour as a day trip or a sleepover in a traditional Maasai hut (boma).
Hot air balloon
Another amazing safari extension is a hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti. The hot air balloon ride normally takes place early in the morning. You will be picked up by the balloon ride company and taken to a place where your ride will start.
The hot air balloon ride takes not more than one hour, so you can continue with your normal safari, or by the time you finish the ride, you can leave the park.
You have a number of options to choose from when it comes to which company will take you over the Serengeti. The two most recommended companies are Serengeti Balloon and Miracle Experience.
Spend a night at Serval Eco Lodge
Serval Eco Lodge is located in West Kilimanjaro. It is here where you will be up and close with wild animals.
You will be able to literally touch zebras, giraffes, and other wild animals while partaking in certain activities such as feeding.
